Buyer’s Remorse / Customer Error Returns

If you wish to return an eligible item due to buyer’s remorse, ordering the wrong item, purchasing the wrong size/model, or another reason that is not the fault of RuinMoto, the return may be accepted subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Approved returns will receive a refund equal to 85% of the original product purchase price. Original shipping charges are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Returned products must be unused, uninstalled, unmodified, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging with all included parts and accessories. RuinMoto reserves the right to deny a return or make additional deductions if the returned product does not meet these conditions.

The 15% restocking fee does not apply when the return is the result of an error by RuinMoto or where a full refund is otherwise required by applicable law.
